Mental Health Awareness Trainings

Mental Health Awareness Trainings (MHATs) equip employees and leaders with the knowledge and skills to recognize, respond to, and support mental health challenges in the workplace. These evidence-based programs help reduce stigma, encourage early intervention, and create a culture where mental well-being is a priority. Investing in MHATs is a critical step toward a safer, healthier, and more supportive work environment. MHATs should not be the sole way that your organization supports employee mental health - they should be supplemental to an overarching strategy of support.
